Christopher B. Milne
President, Partner
Senior Portfolio Manager, Investment Consultant

Chris is the third generation of owners since Gage-Wiley was first established in 1933 and has been with the firm since 1983. His investing interests date back to his teenage years, and after joining the firm in 1983, he became President and CEO of Gage-Wiley in 1986. Chris is the chief investment strategist for New England Capital, and responsible for leading portfolio management, investment consulting and research. Chris currently serves as the Chair of the Board of the Eric Carle Museum and is an officer with the Xeric Foundation and a member of the Cooley Dickinson Hospital’s Investment Committee. He is a past Trustee of Hampshire College, the Community Foundation of Western Massachusetts, Cooley Dickinson Hospital, and former Chair of the Northampton Center for the Arts. Chris earned his BA from Hampshire College and his M.Ed. from the University of Massachusetts. He is a Registered Investment Advisor, the Securities Industry Association, a Registered Principal and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.

Judeth M. Rainville

Judee came to Gage-Wiley as a second career, having worked many years as an attorney, and has been with Gage-Wiley since 1997. She is the senior vice president of Gage-Wiley and New England Capital. Judee focuses on investment advising and financial planning for individuals, non-profits, small business and fiduciaries. She is the primary client contact for New England Capital coordinating client service and investment management. Judee earned a BS from Bates College and a JD from Boston College Law School. She holds additional licenses as a Registered Investment Advisor and Life Insurance Representative and has the FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 for securities representative and investment advisory services.

Ted Pennock

Ted has been helping his Gage-Wiley clients achieve their goals since 1982. His business focus is primarily working with the individual investor and small business owner to achieve their personal or retirement financial goals. He earned his BA from the Hobart College and has his FINRA Series 7 and 63 for securities representative. Ted has served as a member of the United Way Board and its Finance Committee for the last 20 years, the First Church of Deerfield Finance Committee for 15 years, the Deerfield Fire Department Prudential Committee, Tapestry Health Systems as a Board member, and the Pioneer Valley Symphony as a Board member and Treasurer.

Philip B Chandler

Financial Advisor

Phil joined Gage Wiley in 2012 after having spent over 20 years in business management, first as a marketing specialist for an S&P 100 company and then as a business owner, before transitioning to his career as a Financial Advisor beginning in 2007.  Phil focuses on providing investment management and broad based financial planning to his individual and business clients.  Phil leads Gage Wiley’s insurance affiliate, GWG Insurance, overseeing insurance services used in conjunction with financial planning offered to Gage Wiley clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Bryant College and is a multi-state Life Insurance Representative and has his FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses for securities representative. Phil lives in Plymouth with his family and presently serves as the Chairman of the Plymouth Harbor Committee.

Josh Bedell, CFP®

Josh joined the firm in 2010 and focuses on financial planning and investment advising for individuals and families.  Josh holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation, having met rigorous experience, ethics, coursework, and exam requirements.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Hampshire College and a Master’s of Arts in Mathematics Education from Brooklyn College, and has his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities representative licenses and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.  Josh lives in Florence with his wife and two children, and currently serves on the board of the Northampton Education Foundation and the Bay State Village Association.

DJ Morin
Financial Advisor


DJ joined the firm in 2018 and focuses on investment advising and financial planning for individuals and families.  He Holds a BBA from The Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and has his FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities representative licenses and Life, Accident, and Health Insurance licenses.  DJ lives in Hadley with his wife Melissa and their son Leonardo and is actively involved with the Northampton Chamber of Commerce.

Judy A. Reynolds

Operations Manager

Judy has been with Gage-Wiley since 1979 and manages the regulatory compliance and daily operations of the firm. She is involved in all compliance, data security, networking systems, trading and client reporting. Judy has her FINRA Series 7 and 63 for securities representative and is a General Securities Principal, Financial and Operations Principal, Option Principal and Municipal Principal.

Jane M. Milanczuk
Account Executive / Client Service

Jane has been with Gage-Wiley since 1992 and has a widespread role in the firm and has over 25 years experience in financial services industry. Jane is a financial advisor and also provides operations, trading and administrative support, as well as client service and education. She has her FINRA Series 6, 7 and 63 for securities representative and mutual funds and variable contracts.

Jane B. Moss
Vice President, Client Services

Jane has been with the firm since 1991 and is the coordinator of the Portfolio Management System for New England Capital. She offers expertise in account administration and is responsible for client reporting, account management, custody relationships and is the primary NEC fund trader. Jane earned a BS in Economics from the University of Massachusetts and has her FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses for securities representatives.

Dana Mahoney
Client Service 

Dana works with Phil Chandler in the Plymouth office in client service and operational support.  Dana started in financial services in 1977 serving as Assistant Vice President overseeing Branch Administration and Branch Openings at Plymouth 5 Cent Savings Bank. For many years, Dana worked at her family owned business, Town Brook Service Center in Plymouth, where she was responsible for the business office administration.  Dana lives in Plymouth and has 2 grown children.

Sylvia Callan
Research Analyst

Sylvia has been a research analyst with the firm since 2002 and has been in the financial industry for more than 10 years. She advises the buying and selling of securities, monitors performance of securities and closely follows the markets and economic events. Sylvia earned a BA from Yale University. She holds her Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses and is certified as a Research Analyst with the FINRA Series 86 and 87 designations.

Michelle Marlow Borawski
Client Support / Operations

Michelle has been with Gage-Wiley since 2001. She provides client reception, office organization, bank cashiering and general ledger entry. She does the daily coordination of operational details of the firm, including proper documentation flow. She has her FINRA Series 11 license for registered sales assistant.
